How to Register Horses

Registering Horses
- It is not required to register horses with the SSHRA to race them, but it will make them eligible for many more awards if they are registered.
- The SSHRA accepts purebred Quarter Horses, Paints and Appaloosas, as well as Appendix Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds (studs and broods only). Also, crossbreeds are accepted (see rules on registration board)
- To register horses please post the following information on the appropriate board:
Your Name:
Horse Name:
Y.O.B/Color/Gender:
URL:
Breeder:
Is this horse a race horse; stud; brood or prospect?:

*NEW*
To transfer an already registered horse, just PM me with your name, the horse's name and the horse's new URL. I will update my records to reflect the change.
